COMMERCIAL LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
This Limited Warranty is issued by Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. (the "Company") to the original purchaser specified in the accompanying official Tax Invoice or Sales Agreement (the "Customer") for standard or custom-fabricated aquarium tanks and integrated equipment supplied by the Company.

WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION
The Company warrants to the Customer that the covered products will remain free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions for the periods set forth below, calculated from the date of final delivery or installation handover:

Aquarium Structural & Seam Integrity (36 Months / 3 Years)
- Applies to both standard and custom-fabricated glass or acrylic aquarium tanks. Coverage is strictly limited to structural integrity—specifically against spontaneous structural failure, seam separation, or fluid leakage caused by manufacturing defects under normal operational loads.
AquaSync Proprietary Equipment (6 Months)
- Covers manufacturing defects in equipment manufactured, branded, or distributed under the Company's proprietary AquaSync brand.
Third-Party Equipment & Accessories
- Equipment, electrical components, and accessories manufactured by third parties are governed exclusively by the original manufacturer’s or regional distributor’s warranty terms. The Company offers no independent, extended, or supplementary warranty for third-party products.

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY VALIDITY
The Company’s obligations under this Limited Warranty are strictly contingent upon full compliance by the Customer with the following conditions. Any failure to meet these conditions will render all warranty coverage void ab initio:

Approved Support & Leveling: The aquarium system must be installed on a completely flat, level, and structurally sound surface using a commercially manufactured aquarium stand or a custom support framework approved in writing by the Company prior to installation. The tank must rest on a high-density, manufacturer-specified leveling mat.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any drilling, structural alteration, glass modification, re-sealing, or altering of the tank assembly or integrated plumbing systems performed by anyone other than an authorized representative of the Company immediately voids this warranty.
Site-Specific Installation & Non-Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original Customer and initial site of installation. Dismantling, relocating, or reinstalling the aquarium unit following initial handover automatically terminates all structural and leak-proof warranties.

EXCLUSIONS & DISCLAIMERS
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and the Company expressly disclaims liability for, defects or damage resulting from:

Improper Maintenance & Operator Error: Inadequate routine servicing, improper operational procedures, incorrect chemical dosing, dry-running pump operations, or errors committed during cleaning, maintenance, or aquascaping.
Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Standard wear and tear post-handover, including surface scratches, chips, etching, glass discoloration, or aesthetic degradation of cabinetry and finishes.
Substructure & Building Settling: Panel fractures, structural stress, or seam failures caused by improper leveling, unapproved stands, or post-installation movement, deflection, or settling of the building substrate or flooring.
External Physical Force & Force Majeure: Accidental impact, damage from heavy aquascaping materials or equipment, physical abuse, thermal shock, electrical power surges, or acts of God (including flooding, seismic activity, or natural disasters).
Chemical & Abrasive Degradation: Degradation of silicone seals, acrylic panels, or protective coatings resulting from exposure to unapproved chemicals (e.g., ammonia solvents, harsh industrial cleaners, chlorine tablets) or abrasive cleaning tools.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES & LIABILITY
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be strictly limited, at the Company’s sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective aquarium panel, bonded seam, or AquaSync component.

Exclusion of Consequential & Incidental Damages
- To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the Republic of Singapore, Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the purchase, installation, use, or failure of the aquarium system or equipment.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company explicitly disclaims liability for:
- Livestock Loss: Illness, injury, or mortality of aquatic livestock (including marine or freshwater fish, invertebrates, corals, and live flora).
- Property Damage: Water damage to building infrastructure, flooring, walls, cabinetry, electrical fixtures, or adjacent personal property.
- Economic Loss: Loss of commercial revenue, business interruption, operational downtime, or loss of use.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To submit a valid warranty claim, the Customer must comply with the following procedure:

Prompt Notification: Contact Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. within forty-eight (48) hours of discovering any suspected seam compromise, fluid leakage, or structural defect.
Documentation: Provide the original Tax Invoice or Sales Agreement reference number, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence documenting the defect and the surrounding installation environment.
Site Inspection: Grant Company representatives access to inspect the aquarium system in situ prior to the commencement of any repair or replacement work.

Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update the terms of this Commercial Limited Warranty Policy in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.
