COMMERCIAL LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY


This Commercial Limited Warranty is issued by Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to the original purchaser specified in the accompanying official Tax Invoice or Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for standard or custom aquarium systems and integrated equipment supplied by the Company.

WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION
The Company warrants to the Customer that products supplied hereunder shall be free from material manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal, recommended operating conditions. The warranty period commences on the date of final delivery or installation handover:

  • Aquarium Structural & Seam Integrity (36 Months / 3 Years): Applies to both standard and custom-fabricated glass or acrylic aquarium tanks. Coverage is strictly confined to the structural integrity of the panels and factory-bonded silicone seams against spontaneous structural failure, seam separation, or fluid leakage under standard hydrostatic loads.
  • AquaSync Proprietary Equipment (6 Months): Covers manufacturing defects in equipment engineered, manufactured, branded, or directly distributed under the proprietary AquaSync brand by the Company.
  • Third-Party Equipment & Accessories: Equipment, electrical components, or accessories manufactured by third parties are governed exclusively by the respective original manufacturer’s or regional distributor’s warranty terms. The Company provides no independent, extended, or supplementary warranty for third-party products.

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY VALIDITY
The Company’s obligations under this Limited Warranty are strictly conditioned upon full and continuous compliance by the Customer with the following mandates. Non-compliance shall immediately render all warranty coverage void ab initio:

  • Approved Substructure & Leveling: The aquarium system must be installed on a completely flat, level, and structurally sound surface utilizing a commercially manufactured aquarium stand or a custom support framework approved in writing by the Company prior to installation. The unit must rest upon a high-density, manufacturer-specified leveling mat.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized drilling, structural modification, glass alterating, re-sealing, or alteration of the tank assembly or integrated plumbing systems by any entity other than an authorized representative of the Company shall automatically void this warranty in its entirety.
  • Site Specificity & Non-Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original Customer and the initial installation site. Any dismantling, relocation, or reinstallation of the aquarium unit following initial handover terminates all structural and leak-proof warranties immediately.

EXCLUSIONS & DISCLAIMERS
This Limited Warranty does not extend to, and the Company expressly disclaims all liability for, defects, failures, or damage arising from:

  • Operational Negligence & User Error: Inadequate routine maintenance, improper operational protocols, incorrect chemical dosing, dry running of pumps or filtration equipment, or mishandling during cleaning, servicing, or aquascaping.
  • Cosmetic Defects & Surface Degradation: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to surface scratches, chips, etching, glass discoloration, or aesthetic wear on cabinet finishes occurring post-handover.
  • Substrate Movement & Building Deflection: Structural stress, panel fracture, or seam failure caused by unapproved support structures, improper leveling, or post-installation settling, sagging, or deflection of the building flooring or substrate.
  • Physical Impact & Force Majeure: Accidental damage, impact from internal aquascaping materials or equipment, physical abuse, thermal shock, power surges, or acts of God (including flooding, seismic activity, or natural disasters).
  • Chemical & Abrasive Exposure: Degradation of silicone seals, acrylic panels, or protective coatings resulting from exposure to unapproved chemical agents (e.g., ammonia-based solvents, harsh industrial cleaners, or chlorine tablets) or the use of abrasive scrubbing implements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:
The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be strictly limited, at the Company’s sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective aquarium panel, bonded seam, or AquaSync component.

Exclusion of Consequential & Incidental Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Singapore, Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, operation, or failure of the aquarium system or equipment.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company explicitly disclaims liability for:

  • Illness, injury, stress, or mortality of aquatic livestock (including freshwater/marine fish, invertebrates, corals, and flora).
  • Water damage to building structures, flooring, subflooring, wall coverings, cabinetry, electrical systems, or adjacent personal property.
  • Loss of commercial revenue, business interruption, operational downtime, inconvenience, or loss of use.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To initiate a valid warranty claim, the Customer must adhere to the following protocol:

  • Immediate Notice: Notify Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of discovering any suspected seam compromise, fluid seepage, or structural anomaly.
  • Documentation: Submit the original Tax Invoice or Sales Agreement reference number, accompanied by clear photographic and video evidence documenting the defect and the surrounding installation environment.
  • In-Situ Inspection: Grant Company representatives full access to inspect the aquarium system in situ prior to the commencement of any remedial, repair, or replacement works.

Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to update or modify the terms of this Commercial Limited Warranty Policy in accordance with statutory regulations.
