Commercial Limited Warranty

At Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd., we build and supply high-performance custom and standard aquarium systems designed to last. Every system and integrated component we supply is backed by our Commercial Limited Warranty, ensuring peace of mind for your aquatic installation.

Warranty Overview & Coverage
This warranty applies to the original purchaser specified in the official Tax Invoice or Sales Agreement. Coverage begins on the date of final delivery or installation handover.

  • Aquarium Structure & Seams - 3 Years (36 Months): Covers structural integrity, factory-bonded silicone seams, glass/acrylic panels against spontaneous structural failure, seam separation, or leakage under standard hydrostatic loads.
  • AquaSync Equipment - 6 Months: Covers manufacturing defects in equipment engineered, manufactured, branded, or directly distributed under our proprietary AquaSync line.
  • Third-Party Equipment - Manufacturer's Terms: Equipment, electrical components, or accessories made by third parties are covered strictly by their respective manufacturer or regional distributor warranties.

Requirements for Validity
To keep your warranty active, the aquarium system must be maintained in accordance with standard operating guidelines. Your warranty will become void if any of the following conditions are breached:

  • Approved Support & Leveling: The system must be installed on a completely flat, level, and structurally sound surface using an approved commercially manufactured stand or custom framework. It must rest on a high-density, manufacturer-specified leveling mat.
  • No Unauthorized Modifications: Any drilling, re-sealing, structural alterations, or plumbing modifications made by anyone other than an authorized Bingo Aquatic Solutions representative will void coverage immediately.
  • Original Installation Site Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies strictly to the original customer and installation location. Relocating, dismantling, or reinstalling the tank after initial handover terminates all structural and leak-proof guarantees.

What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from external factors, user error, or standard wear and tear, including:

  • User Error & Negligence: Inadequate maintenance, improper chemical dosing, running pumps/filters dry, or mishandling during aquascaping and cleaning.
  • Cosmetic Wear: Scratches, chips, etching, glass discoloration, or aesthetic wear on cabinet finishes occurring after installation handover.
  • Building & Flooring Movement: Panel fractures or seam failures caused by unapproved stands, improper initial leveling, or post-installation floor sagging/deflection.
  • Physical Damage & External Events: Accidental impacts, thermal shock, power surges, or acts of God (e.g., flooding, seismic activity).
  • Chemical Damage: Degradation of silicone or acrylic caused by unapproved chemicals (such as ammonia-based solvents or chlorine tablets) or abrasive cleaning tools.

Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
The customerā€™s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limitedā€”at the sole discretion of Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd.ā€”to the repair or replacement of the defective panel, bonded seam, or AquaSync component.

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of the system, including but not limited to:

  • Aquatic Livestock: Illness, injury, or loss of fish, invertebrates, corals, or flora.
  • Property Damage: Water damage to flooring, building structures, electrical systems, or surrounding property.
  • Business Losses: Loss of commercial revenue, operational downtime, or loss of use.

How to File a Warranty Claim
If you suspect a leak, seam issue, or product defect, please follow these steps promptly:

  • Submit Notice within 48 Hours: Contact us in writing within 48 hours of discovering any potential defect or fluid seepage.
  • Provide Documentation: Include your original Tax Invoice / Sales Agreement number, along with clear photos and videos showing the defect and the surrounding setup.
  • Allow Inspection: Provide our technical team access to inspect the aquarium system in situ before any repair or corrective work begins.

Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these warranty terms in accordance with statutory regulations.
