HAQUOSS H2 - IDROPISIA
HAQUOSS H2 - IDROPISIA
Haquoss H2 is a targeted treatment for dropsy, a progressive condition where fluids accumulate in the peritoneal cavity, causing the fish to swell. It's also effective for intestinal obstruction caused by dry food that expands and creates air bubbles.
Symptoms
Keep an eye out for these signs of dropsy or intestinal obstruction:
Swollen abdomen
Lack of appetite
Low energy
Curved spine
White stools
Ulcers on the body
Flaking scales
Causes
Dropsy is often linked to poor aquarium hygiene and unstable water conditions. These include:
Uncleanliness
Unstable water parameters
Suboptimal filtration
Temperature fluctuations
Prolonged stress
Dosage and Application
Follow these instructions carefully to treat your fish with Haquoss H2:
Preparation: Increase the aquarium temperature to 28°-30°C. Turn off any activated carbon filtration or CO2 supply.
Mixing: Take one teaspoon of Haquoss H2 and mix it with 20 ml of aquarium water in the supplied transparent cylinder. Shake well until the product is fully dissolved.
Application: Pour the mixture into the aquarium near the recirculation pump outlet. For every 20 liters of water, you will need one dose (e.g., three doses for a 60-liter tank).
Treatment Cycle:
Administer the dose for three consecutive days.
On the 5th day, perform a 30% partial water change, adding Haquoss DM1 Conditioner and Haquoss DM2 ALIVE.
If symptoms persist, repeat the dose on the 6th, 7th, and 8th days.
On the 9th day, do a substantial water change (at least 30%) and resume activated carbon filtration.
Post-Treatment: After the final water change, add Haquoss DM1, DM2, H26, and H28 at their recommended doses. Gradually bring the aquarium temperature back to its normal values.
Important Precautions
Dropsy can take up to two weeks to resolve, so continue to monitor the fish throughout the treatment period.
DO NOT OVERDOSE AND DO NOT COMBINE WITH OTHER MEDICATIONS.
