Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Coverage
Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("the Company") warrants that the products listed below shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the duration specified:

AQUASYNC: Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or installation.

CUBIC²: Thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase or installation, specifically covering structural integrity against tank leaks.

2. Eligibility and Transferability
This warranty is extended exclusively to the ORIGINAL OWNER (the individual or entity named on the sales invoice/registration). This warranty is non-transferable and is not enforceable by any subsequent owner or third party.

3. Proof of Purchase
PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY CLAIM. A valid tax invoice, official receipt, or proof of professional installation must be presented at the time of the claim. The Company reserves the right to deny warranty service if the date of purchase cannot be verified.

4. Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage caused by "Acts of God," accidents, or external impact.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Damage arising from failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines (e.g., placing the tank on an uneven surface).

Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of livestock, water damage to flooring/property, or loss of time/profits.

5. Claim Process and Remedy
Upon validation of a defect, Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. If a direct replacement is unavailable, a product of comparable value will be provided.

Declaration: By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Bingo Aquatic Solutions Pte. Ltd. Warranty Policy and agree to be bound by them.
